One drawback of external .js files is that once cached by IE and NS on the
Mac, these browsers hold onto them with such ferocity they are very hard to
clear. Soft and hard refreshes are not enough, I've even found that deleting
the entire cache.waf file for IE doesn't help! Of course we can't make our
users do any of these things, so you may find your supposedly simple to
update include file is in fact cached until it naturally expires and
therefore not updated when you wish.
