don't want to sign up to NTL. just want a bill as you go dialup account. we
are getting ADSL next month so it is a temporary measure. I have had
exposure to NTL dial up speeds earlier in the year and would be hesitant to
go to them.

Plus the ntl thing only work is you are on NTL surely? we are in a telewest
region and so don't have that option.
