The reason we've put the ALT text over is because there are some blind
subscribers to Isle of Wight cable... and although we haven't ALT tagged all
images - most of them are done.

Most of the links will take you through to a generic Future developments
page - there is a lot of functionality which we are still testing and will
launch in due course... so instead of having empty or no links - we've sent
them to this page which is meant to show that we are working on all the
services etc.
