I understand why ALT tags are added. I am simply pointing out that they are
hiding the description that you are producing under the icons.

The reason we've put the ALT text over is because there are some blind
subscribers to Isle of Wight cable... and although we haven't ALT tagged all
images - most of them are done.
Most of the links will take you through to a generic Future developments
page - there is a lot of functionality which we are still testing and will
launch in due course... so instead of having empty or no links - we've sent
them to this page which is meant to show that we are working on all the
services etc.
