Yes, that's probably quite possible technically, but check their terms and
conditions:
8.4. Without prejudice to its rights under this Agreement, iomart may
terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to you if there is
a breach by you, including:
8.4.b. using the Service in a manner that adversely affects the provision
of the Service to others.
Heavy users have been disconnected from so-called "unlimited access"
dial-up ISPs before. No reason why it wouldn't happen with ADSL. In actual
fact I think it's more likely because of the contention ratios. All it
would need is a complaint from another user trying to use the ADSL capacity
that you're eating up and you'd be out on ear, I should imagine.
