It really annoys me that anyone can buy cheap PC components and stick
them together in any combination and call themselves a system builder.
What annoys me even more is that people for it AND THEN I HAVE TO
PERSUADE AN OS TO PERFORM CONSISTENTLY ON THE RESULT.
