Urgent Request - Tosh Equium 6230D

Folks,

Sorry for the Subject heading, but I am desperate right now.

Just obtained a "surplus to requirements" Toshiba Equium 6230D from work,
which had NT installed on it - not much good for my girlies to play games on
:-( I tried to create a 95 boot disc with the CD accessible, but the CD
says "nah, not playing". Tried Tosh's site, but no joy on there for a
bootable floppy that includes the CD drive. It is a bog standard-no
additions PC

Can anyone create or get hold of a floppy that will do this for me?
