RE: FN-FORUM Aurtorun CD?

Jo
I migrated from a BT Internet package to Openworld (DSL) and I asked them to
put my original email address on "pay as you surf", this was under their
advice and I can collect and send using my original email address....
My sites are not hosted by BT Internet though...I just use it for connection
and email....

Yes, that's right. I have a site that I host on my btinternet space and I
have to disconnect Openworld and re-connect using btinternet to make any
changes to it. A right pain in the arse it is as well because it normally
takes about 10 attempts to connect to btinternet these days.
I have also had a problem with my btinternet email since signing up for
Openworld. Apparently I can receive my btinternet mails but I can't send
whilst connected to DSL. I called their tech support (50p per minute!) to
ask for advice on the best way to manage my email and web space since
upgrading to Openworld, and the person on the helpdesk said "Oh, ADSL. Hmm.
Don;t really know much about that...Isn't it like ISDN only quicker?"
I ask you.
