The following books have coverage on PHP with MySQL & mSQL. Also they have
coverage of ODBC connections etc.
Also, if anyone wants to contact me off-list, I found an on-line book (PDF)
on PHP etc.

I know it's sad, but I'm fed up with dual boot machines now and am doing
to much in ASP/SQL Server to reinstall for a few months...
