quicktime popups from flash

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is any way I can open quicktime movies in the
quicktime player from a button in flash.

I want to open the quicktime in a small popup window or in the player,
rather than opening a new full size window and I don't want to use
javascript.
any help much appreciated.
