I have 197 requests for default.ida today, 311 yesterday and 206 the day
before. All from different IP addresses, and this is from my server
which uses a dynamic IP address...

What I found is that if you install NT Server, set it up to use DHCP,
then set it up as a fixed IP address in the IIS MMC, never turn it off
for more than a few hours, and it keeps the same IP addres...

Bottom line - yes. Infact you can run it off any sort of connection,
dial-up/CM/ADSL/leased lines/pidgeons. The static IP address isn't vital as

since popups are annoying as hell couldn't you place the QT in swf files and
in the main swf file have a blank movie clip which you can load the QT swf's

Quicktime can't be opened in the flash player itself (if thats what you
mean)...
And you can't really open a popup without javascript... however if you want
