complicated form

Hi all

I have a complicated form problem.

It's a quote form using formmail for a direct mail
printing company. Is there any way they can
submit extra items for quoting while keeping
details ie name, address details and not have to
fill them in again?

Would it have to be specially scripted? If so can
anyone do it?
