Assuming your using OUTLOOK (not express but should work for that too, if
you copy all the files)

first archive all your content to as separate pst file,

FILE | Archive x:archive.pst (TOP Tip use dates in the file name)

Burn this .pst file to cdrom, you then open this are required. (FILE | OPEN
| personal folders file)
