Most people's email to lists is text-only rather than html or rtf, which not
all clients can read. The problem you are having is at your end--either your
email settings or your ISP. Old (really old)...

Currently running a full network through it with no problems to date.

I think what's happening is that it does load the txt file but the
actionscript doesn't get to process the variables. When I press reload
after it fails it then works fine...
