Maurice
As you suggest yourself, your tec skills may be poor, but surely you can
spell?
I had a quick look at one of your sites aimed at large ladies. This is what
I found within 15 secs of arriving:
1) "and via it's various and developing resources" - should be 'its'
2) "gives you the facts strait" - should be 'straight'
3) "This web site welcomes contributes" - should be 'contributions'
