You can have it any way you like.
www.boldfish.co.uk is registered with 123.co.uk and hosted elsewhere, the
DNS have been set to the new host but the IPS tag remains with 123-reg.co.uk
www.allmymates.com is registered but not forwarded.
www.boldysh.co.uk is registered, not hosted but forwarded without frames.
Your choice.
I recommend 123-reg.co.uk as a cost effective solution.
