I've heard that ISP's use server caches for files which are frequently
requested... so by renaimg the file you can out wit the cache - FreeServe
is pretty bad for this. I haven't heard that there...

it's NTL's caching system... if you check the site through another isp you
should find that the correct page is displayed. I've had the same problem so
often - a real problem if the client is viewing...

If they are British agencies, the DP act applies if they keep the data. I've
