CGI Free Hosting

i know that there are lots of cgi forums around for free offf the net, =
and i would like to implement one on my site as they have know ads. I =
would like to know if there is a free host which offers understandable =
advice to access its cgi bin (i.e. in plain english) so that I can set =
up and use a forum. If anyone also knows of such a free, easy to use cgi =
forum, i would like to know. maybe then i can start to learn cgi and who =
knows what the future holds.
