FN-FORUM Email spoofing

Some one has been spoofing my e-mail address in order to send out spam, as a
result I have been getting hundreds of bounced emails and irate cries to
take recipients off the mail list, Its taking ages to reply to there people
that I didn't send them those mails in the first place.

1: Sorry if you have received any spam from mccoy.co.uk
2: Short of contacting the company mentioned in the spam mail is there any
other action I can take against them?
3: My host seam reluctant to do anything about it as I'm leaving them at the
end of the month?
4: will my domain / email be band as a result of there action?
