Have a look at bigmailbox.com - you pay them a fee and they host a
vitual mail server for you. This has a web interface.

There are various options - the free one with US banner adds to template
based interfaces at a cost. All the services offer "get your own
www.yourdomain.com" function. They also allow you to reserver addressed
eg accounts@ billing@ [EMAIL REMOVED]
