hmmm, i dont how you do exes on a mac, however there is a way although it
means beings connected.
you could have a page on the server process the log into xml and have a
flash exe (mac and pc compat!) read it - i suggested this for another prob
last week as well (its a nifty thing!)
also you could put a password protected part to your site and create
downloadable reports in various formats such as excel and word (which afaik
mac office will read) which is something im looking into myself (on an NT
server lifes made easier with office web components, however both word and
excel documents can be done on the fly by altering the contenttype value no
matter what server you're on).
