Have you tried contacting wingate directly? When I had some problems using a
shared 56k modem they were really helpful!

Subject: FN-FORUM NTL LAN problem
Does anybody have Ntl broadband with a LAN sharing
the connection ?
I just can't seem to get it to work. I've tried wingate, withgate
and analogx proxy software. There are only two systems on the
network and either one will connect fine by itself but as soon as
the other system goes online the connection drops to an almost
complete stand still. The network itself works fine.
Anybody else had this problem, whats the fix ?
Please, it will save me a lot of head scratching. I haven't got
time at the moment to start fiddling with it again, but I need it up.
Sounds like a conflict somewhere, but where ?
tia
both win98, two network cards in the gateway machine, and a hub
linking the systems.
