First of all, find out what the dll that you overwrote is. It should be in
the install log for the new app. Then it depends on what OS you are using.
If you look in the install log for one of the apps that's complaining, you
might be able to find the version it wants. XP or 2k should stop you doing
this...even when drunk! Then let me know because I've probably got it and
you can boot to a command prompt and overwrite the duff one. Alternatively,
reinstall (repair if an option) one of the apps that 's complaining--it
should overwrite with a newer version.
