RE: FN-FORUM Re-register Dll's - AKA Don't install drivers when d runk!

date posted 11th January 2002 19:09

Cheers Rog,

Same happened to my nephew of 16 years. Decided to to delete all DLLs as
they were taking up room. Moral is: Don't let them view all files when
after installation ;-)

...and don't install when pissed

Can't even copy a file now! Hope I can get the burner working!

Hic,

Martin

Don't worry Martin - we have all done it in the past.

Years ago a friend emailed me asking ''what are these 'dll' things? ->
I
think I am going to delete them to tidy up my hard drive'' -> As I was
writing a reply to him I pressed play on my answer machine where he left
a
message saying ''What ever you do don't delete the dll's'' - that really
happened and he still finds it funny now!

Best of luck with the reformat.

Rog.
