ADSL uses spare wires from a pstn connection, some diallers can be
configured to use the pstn connection, rather than ADSL, likewise if a
customer has a leased line with isdn backup it can use the isdn

do you mean secondary call access ?
where the user simply phones a number and is given a pin number ?
I think internet diallers only work with dial-up connections
