You are using DIV tags to align some of your stuff, you are far better off
just using pure table tags for complex alignment, as there are some
incompatibilities between early versions of v4 browsers...

It doesn't. I was assuming that what they wanted to avoid was
48,998 bounces. I tend to agree with earlier post. Looks and

No, you can *try* to do it using any language however given that VRFY and
INFO etc. are often not honoured in order to prevent spammers doing exactly
