What do you mean by validate? Well formed or whether they exist?
If its exist, then I think you can only test this by sending an email out.
If its well formed, then you could cycle through the database and run a
regular expression test on each email. If it fails then delete from the
database.

I have a client who has a database of about 50 000 email addresses, I am
assured they are all opt in and not Spam. that he has built-up over a few
years. He needs to validate them before he starts an email campaign. Does
anyone know of anyway of doing this other than sending a message to each one
and waiting to see if it bounces?
