FN-FORUM Regional Settings

Hi,

I wonder f anyone can help me. I am writing some software which needs
multi-lingual capability. So I need to write some software that changes the
regional settings general locale and input locale but I can't seem to find
any info about where these settings are stored.

Can anyone help me.
