No.

Not really intercept, but wp will pass the transaction details back to you
using what they call a "callback", basically a http post request to your
server.

The account I am working on was set up by my client, so I can't say for
sure, but they are a brand new ltd with no trading history, assets, or
working capital, so I doubt it is particular hard.
