To register a Ltd company you don't need to produce a passport or get a
commissioner for oaths etc .
There is a company called register ( I'll find the url later or try
google ). They do it all for you the same day online. Then they send you the
forms to change you to the directors and do all the certs and memos etc .
One other person required as a director.Very slick and quick. Also, don't
pay for VAT reg . Just call the local rev office for a form. One pager .
It amazing that you can register a Ltd company without ID. Then open a
business account with your company registration certificate , then trade !
No ID check at any stage !!!
