Hi Lindsey
Before you go in take a lot of deep breaths and tell yourself that whatever
you do you can't be physically worse off when you come out of it...
Don't worry, concentrate on being precise. And if you feel flustered, stop,
have drink (if there's one to hand) or take a breath and then continue
because you are nervous time seems to be an age but actually no one notices
if there are pauses.
Ask them if they would like to see your presentation first or after a brief
outline of who you are.
Have notes written down - no one ever minds
Tell them:
Who you are
What company you are from
What your company does
Where you are based
What you have to offer
How you are better than others
The outline cost
The way you will communicate with them during the project
Find out if there are definite no-no's I find this makes the client warm to
me if I ask 'now what don't you want? - is there anything you are averse to?
Wear something you feel smart but comfortable in
Go in on the premise that they want you to do the job - a discussion about
how to go forward not an interview
And good luck, it will be fine
