This looks like the more outgoing links a page has, the less each of
those links is worth (PR/C). Is that correct? That suggests that
anyone with PR1+ (I don't know what PR1+ is, but I get the strong
impression it's good) should be limiting the number of outgoing
links -- and then charging for them!
