Gallery page allows thumbnails to be pulled from a DB as larger images
Artists CV page allows thumbnails to be pulled from a DB as larger images
Contact form and address page (1 page)
Admin system allowing owner to upload pics and text
We will reg a .fr domain name
A bit of flash on page 1

The client is to pay monthly by card for his own space, he will also pay
directly for World pay.

We have quoted £1700 this includes design roughs, site development,
development of the web based admin system, three or four visits, taking
photos of his art work, giving a manual on how to use his web-based admin
system, support for e-mail. What's the opinion - fair price?
