Site CheckWelcome, Adrian!
Well, I thought your site was very flash (sorry, pun intended!), =
although some of the navigation buttons demanded user initiative! Plus, =
the two sets of 's' and 'w' nav. buttons are a bit confusing (until you =
hover over them - just a thought!), and the black on blue text is a bit =
hard on the eye. Liked the background options - gimmicks, I know, but I =
like 'em! Finally, was at first puzzled by the puzzle (oops, another =
pun!), but whittled away the time to do it!=20
All in all, a damn fine job!
Tracey :-)
PS Good luck with defecting, sorry, looking for a permanent job!

Subject: FN-FORUM Site Check
Hi,
I'm new to the list, although I've been reading for a few of days with =
interest. I'm based in Kingston and have been doing some freelance work =
over the last few months. I'm looking to get a more permanent position =
as a web designer and so have been taking on work for crap money to get =
experience.
If I can get more, better paid work as a freelancer then I'd be happy =
to continue for longer freelancing. I am aware that anything I have done =
to date has been undercharged, but at the other end of the scale I'd =
personally be too embarrassed to charge the =A33K someone suggested for =
the Flash site in a previous thread.
I've been reading the IDCreative thread, and nervously I ask for a =
site check. It is an online portfolio (HTML & Flash). I know I should =
lose the btinternet URL. I've never registered a domain name before, so =
any suggestions where I can register and get hosting at a reasonable =
price would be welcome.
Could you take a look at the site(s) and let me know what you think =
about the layout and design. Any constructive criticism will be =
appreciated. Don't be too harsh, at least I gave you a bit of background =
about myself!
http://vzone.virgin.net/a.mactaggart/index.htm
I don't do any backend development, however if anyone feels they could =
put some work my way, having looked at my creations, then please do get =
in touch off list. Also I know this is a freelance list but I'd be =
interested to hear of any advise on getting into an agency.
Cheers
