A quick and nasty way to do it if you don't have a video editing suite
is to pause the wmf file whislt playing at the point you wish to
capture. Hit your print screen key (this will copy your whole display
onto your clipboard) you can then paste this into an image editing app.
Dirty but it works.
On a mac I think you use apple-alt+2 (something like that) for a screen
capture (it's been a while).
