Autorun Webpage From CD

I have just compiled a CD of some or my wallpapers and screen savers. I
have created a simple website that allows the user to install them. The
file is called Start.htm and I would like it to open in the default
browser automatically when the CD is inserted.

I think it is something like : -

[AUTORUN]
OPEN=start.htm

but I am uncertain, please could anyone advise on this ASAP. It would be
much appreciated.
