It mostly depends on what and keyphrases, and how they guarantee your exclusivity. Personally, we'd offer a lot more for a lot less. We could manage a PPC campaign to give top listings for dozens of keyphrases across over 25 search engines - INCLUDING research of which phrases will generate how much traffic, where the competition is, etc. - for less money.

If you'd like to go into more detail, maybe we should discuss this off-list?
