Hi Keith,

things are a bit weird to be honest - December was quite good for us, we
prepared loads of quotes and sample project designs for customers - and we
have been actually really surprised that _all_ of them have come back saying
the quote was acceptable and the design was great... unfortunately, we're
now waiting for the projects to start. Until we receive the first batch of
documentation for the projects along with the signed contract of services we
can't invoice a staged payment...so as you can imagine, finances are
non-existant (with payday fast approaching!).
I've actually been putting my CV out and about to agencies for contract jobs
for a few months to try and boost the bank balance up a bit... I wouldn't
mind normally, but we had to get rid of 2 of our staff just before Christmas
because our biggest client went into administration owing us a lot of
money....and I don't want to have to get rid of the remaining :(
So if anyone has any overflow work which they want to pass our way ;-)
Actually if Dan/Andy want to give me a call about hosting/servers - we can
always talk about putting a server on our backbone..drop me an Email offlist
if you want info.
Rgds,
Carl.
