Jon,
Thanks for the good suggestions.
I've now changed the HTML BG buttons to use on (release). They are much
better; can still be a little jumpy but at least now the user is not going
to change the colour unless they want to!

I haven't looked at the scroll buttons closely since you mentioned them, but
I can understand why you said to move them. I may well decide to do so.
