Hello Darren,
Thanks for the reply, I agree I would be p****d off if that problem
occurred. I was just curious if my experiences were unique, or if UK2
had some kind of restrictions or hidden charges in relation to any of
their services and that were not stated clearly,

Never used UK2 so I can't comment on service but I *think* you'll find
people have issues,if any, with their cheapy (but not) Cobalt co-lo deal
I guess if you have a live webserver running - say - 10 client sites
which stops working for whatever reason and it takes 24 hrs to reboot it
then you'd be a bit cross.
