We use barclays [EMAIL REMOVED] which takes a couple of days to set up
costs £295...ish and you dont need 2 years accounts.

The catch, they hold payment for 45 day.
Good for starting out low volume and we struggle to get an invoice
paid in 45 days anyway :-)
