I don't find it that useful to be honest - the kind of projects I've gone
for have always turned out to be lemons.

I submitted a price on Monday - a US hosting project - about 20 Pages
redesigning, plus a Shopping cart system for people to dynamically choose
what services they wanted, automatically totalling the cost and then link to
credit card merchant... I quoted him £2000 for the lot... (does that sound
fair to you)

He came back to me saying he was only going to pay $250!!

Waste of time and money if you ask me.
