The guy from the hairdressers / respondent obviously knows very little (
nothing ?) about the web , or is badly advised .
In a former life ( with a large dot com ) I have been on the wrong end of
exactly this kind of attack. Our solicitors said that this comes into the
category of ''fair comment'' as long as the facts are correctly stated .
Fair enough in my view.
Most professional companies would take comments such as these in good spirit
and value the advice . We did.
