Let's follow up Tony's suggestions first about poor CS and a lousy website.
Unfortunately I don't see you can do much about the emails as you can't
prove who is signing you up to these accounts (well, not easily, I guess) -
it could be someone you know doing it for a joke; similarly I wouldn't put
this on Axel's site as it might be slanderous (and not worth the hassle).

The IP address you sent is telinco.net, and if these are the people sending
the emails it's not their fault if someone else has subscribed you. To
prove anything I guess you'd need the logs from people subscribing to the
lists.

I guess you're stuck with unsubscribing and getting much more junk mail in
the future. A nasty trick to play. Hope it's not a friend!
