I had the same problem. I resorted to using a simple sendmail script to send
mail from [EMAIL REMOVED] using the Easymail program on their server.
I have now moved to BT Openworld and can send Email...

Another way of creating an Access database is to go into the ODBC icon in
Control panel, select the MS Access driver and click on create from the
dialogue.
You can then design tables and views etc us...
