It means it needs to be on the list of directories that the OS looks at when
looking for the programs.
In a DOS window type PATH and you will see the locations of all your

With regard to copy, I recommend you do what they did in the old days -
print off hard copies, or "Galley Proofs", and check them thoroughly without
the distraction of the computer.

I used a P166 running Linux to do this for a small office and the CPU
almost never gets a load above 6%. But you will need to give it some
