Re: FN-FORUM JavaScript question.

Easy enough with a bit of server-side code or you could put your
'marqueecontents' variable in an external js file so you only have to update
it in one place. If it's on every page, you might as well put all the script
in the external file for that matter.

Subject: FN-FORUM JavaScript question.
HI guys n girls
I have asked this question on other list but knowone seems to know the
answer. I hope someone here can help.
I use a piece of JavaScript that is supposed to be cross browser compliant
for scrolling text on every page. As you can imagine updating is a bit of a
pain.
Just want to know if there is a way I can link to a text file or similar for
my scrolling text.
Could I specify in the script where to look for the content. IE a small text
file.
The script is in use on most of my site at http://liveinthemix.com
I don't know a lot about JavaScript but am learning (slowly) :)
Any help would be gratefully received.
Alan
