I have also coded similar sites - I presume it is just the coding you =
require not a full design aswell. I could do it for a similar amount of =
money if you are interested as it will also not take me very long to =
code and I can also start on it immediately.

It sounds like you need a full application - I'd be surprised if you =
can find this 'open source' (i.e. free?).

This kind of work is right up my street, though. It builds on what I =
have done already, so I can provide it at lower cost.

If you would like to discuss further details, I'd be happy to quote. =
(Sounds like =A31-2k's worth, as a rough first estimate).
