where i'm at now is about to launch one, have a quick gander at my-vpa.com.
you'll have to excuse the flash intro i tried to explain the inherant
crappiness of it.

its not fully live yet but should be soon. alternatively have a look at
realcredits, having tested that i know it works and is very good.
