Possibly, although I personally think its because their DNS setup is rather
dodgy.

My third year came up for renewal a few days ago. Another £352 gone; another
year to go ;-) For the price, I can put up with them.. besides their NT4
servers are way more reliable (and cheaper per year!) than the W2K ones.. so
I'll stick with them until they force me to upgrade.
